Ok, so as I really see this there are tons of diets out there in the big ole Universe. Choosing one can be hard, but sticking with it can be even harder.
And, to really make any diet plan work right for you it has to be something that you can turn into more of a lifestyle choice than anything else. So, it has to be something that you can find the time, desire and energy to implement. Otherwise, it will make it that much more difficult to stick to.
So, you need to start with your health and wellness goals. You will need to have your goals visible somewhere to help keep you motivated. Then, you need to make sure you have buy-in from those around you like your friends and family. Having their support & help to stay accountable is crucial. Next, you need to come up with a plan to make sure you have the right foods at the ready for meals, snacks, etc. So, whether that’s having a meal prep or delivery service available to you or you carving out time to make sure your meals are prepped for your week.

The end of the day, whatever diet you choose has to be something that you 1) like the food you are eating, & 2) something you feel like is getting you closer to your goals. There are people living healthy lives on all kinds of diets out there. And, the reason there are so many if because we are all different physically and mentally.
But, there are obviously many, many MORE! Some of these healthy diet plans have been around for a while, and we have tried several of these ourselves over the years and found different levels of success.
